Ordering Information (for U.S. and Abroad)

The Unwind Company/Unwind.com ships to addresses in all 50 States and U.S. territories via UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS (or optionally via USPS Priority or First Class Mail if your packed order weighs less than 2 pounds and is shipping to a PO box or military address), UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. For orders shipping outside the continental U.S., please see the International Shipping & Handling charges table.

Orders that qualify for FREE SUPERSAVER SHIPPING (see below) will be shipped via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or USPS First Class- depending on the package size, weight and destination. All shipments include shipment delivery confirmation- shipment details are emailed automatically to the email address entered at the time of purchase unless we are instructed otherwise.

The average delivery time for continental USPS, UPS & FedEx Ground customers is 2-4 business days. We ship extremely fast- Typically an order is shipped the same day it's placed (if received before 12 PM CST). Otherwise orders for in-stock items ship within 1 business day. items that ship direct from the manufacturer typically require 2 additional days. Our Customer Service Department will always keep you posted (via email or phone) in the rare event that your order will not ship as scheduled- Giving you the option to cancel or postpone your order.

Shipping and handling charges for U.S. online orders (shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) will be calculated in real-time by UPS during the checkout process using your actual physical address. You can select between various UPS (and other) shipping methods during the checkout process before entering any payment information. We feel that "real-time" shipping options offer our customers the greatest flexibility in determining which shipping method will work best at the time of purchase.

International Shipping and handling Information*

The Unwind Company and Unwind.com ships to more than 190 countries and territories via USPS Global Priority Mail, Airmail and UPS. Please note that the rate table indicates the shipping charges that will automatically be added to your order at time of checkout. These rates are subject to change based on the actual shipping destination, weight of the order or other factors. If the shipping charges are expected to exceed the amount listed in the chart below (based on your order total at time of checkout), we will send you an email requesting authorization for the additional charges prior to shipping your order. We will not charge your credit card (and may not ship your order) until we receive your approval/authorization. If we are unable to ship your order because of postal restrictions, excessive International shipping charges or other factors, we will notify you via email as quickly as possible (typically within a few hours) to allow you to make other arrangements.

*Important Note regarding International Shipments & Fraud
Our goal is to make our products available to those in need- regardless of their country of origin. Unfortunately, because of the additional fraud risk associated with shipping orders outside the contiguous United States, all International orders are processed manually and card numbers are individually verified with the customers card-issuing bank before shipping. This process typically requires an additional 2-3 days before your order will ship. There are also a number of countries that have such consistently bad policies in dealing with fraud and similar issues that we simply will not ship to them at all. We will notify you automatically if we are unable to ship to your country and may also assist you in finding a closer source for our products (if available). We appreciate your understanding.

Additional Customs Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country- you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Unwind.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing CDs, head massagers and DVDs will generally be listed in a way similar to the following example:

CD's: $12.49
Head Massager: $16.49
DVD: $21.49

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
