to order:
Online- Our Preferred and Fastest Method- available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week: Ordering online with Unwind.com is safe, easy
and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Once you have decided upon a product
or products, simply click on the "Buy One Now" button (for a single product)
or the "Add One to Basket" button to place the item in your cart
and continue shopping. When you are through shopping, click the "Checkout"
button, fill out the billing and shipping information and then submit your
order. If you have ordered with Unwind.com before, simply enter your Login
and Password information to avoid retyping your billing & shipping information.
If this information has changed, please update your account and shipping information
to insure fast, accurate delivery.

Is Your Order Intended as a Gift? For the most festive presentation, choose
our Special Gift
Wrap Service. At checkout, you will have the option to fill out a gift
message that will be hand-written on a gift card and included on the wrapped
gift.
For orders
that don't include our Gift
Wrap Service:
We always want to make your gift-giving as simple and rewarding (not
to mention economical) as possible. For this reason, all
orders that have separate "Bill to" and "Ship to"
names and addresses will be considered "Gift Orders." We
will not include our standard printed Sales Receipt that is included with
standard orders. The recipient will receive the order with an insert entitled
"A Special Gift From" with the senders name and
address following.
From November 20th through December 23rd, we will also include stickers on the outside of the package which instruct the recipient to please not open it until Christmas.
You will however, receive both private receipt and shipping confirmation emails as normal. We hope this will insure that your relaxing gifts are received as such- without the recipient being concerned about the dollars associated with your gift.

The Unwind.com Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy: Your complete
satisfaction is very important to us! Our return policy is very simple. We
are so confident in our products that if you are not satisfied, for any reason,
with any product you bought from The Unwind.com Store within 30 days from
when it was shipped, you may return it for a Full Refund (less
shipping charges- please see below)*
*Please note that customers that receive FREE SHIPPING will have the actual cost of shipping deducted on refunds for returns of non-defective items.
The following products cannot be returned for refund due to personal hygiene issues and to protect the safety of our customers and the quality of our products: Massage Recliners, Stressless and Zero-Gravity Recliners, Head & Neck Massagers, Pillows, Massage Oils & Personal Care Products (e.g. Burt's Bees) CD's & DVD's. If an item you received is damaged during shipping, please contact our office at 1-888-4-UNWIND or email: Customer Service immediately so that we can assist you.
We will process
your return as quickly as possible- typically within a few days from when
we receive the returned package.
Please include the packing slip with your return (if you don't have it handy,
simply drop an email message to: Customer
Service) and we would greatly appreciate it if you would let us know why
you are returning the merchandise. This helps us when we're working with manufacturers,
to make product enhancements and improvements that are truly "customer-driven."
